Our room was recently renovated… a brand new bathroom with upscale fixtures, new mattress and linens that one would expect from the Wyndham brand. So glad they took over Days Inn. The staff was friendly and kept the motel and grounds spotless.

The breakfast was adequate oatmeal whole grain bread would have been good but I had my own as far as the smoking it didn't bother me that it was a non-smoking room I was on the first floor so I was able to sit outside my door and smoke it was all good and I would definitely come back here again. The woman at the front desk Peru she accommodated me being I booked at the last minute and got me in earlier than expected and the cleaning staff were pleasant and smiling and talkative it was just an awesome stay

The hotel was well located a couple of miles outside of downtown Newport. It was easy from the town to the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. It was fairly large with a king bed.
